Sony actually backed away from the decision to close the store of the PS3 and Vita after the negative respond it got.

PSP store got “closed” though in a way that you can’t access the store from the psp but you can still make purchase of psp titles on the ps3/vita store.

While the gameplay is similar (top down action rpg) Diablo and Lost Ark are still different. Lost Ark is a MMO first but with the gameplay of Diablo. It is not a looter. Lost Ark don’t have lot of monsters to kill or dungeon full of monsters. It’s endgame is all about raiding big boss or PVP like WoW.

Every big studio has their on library of animations, mesh and other thing that they usually reuse between prod. you would be mad to decide to throw all that work in the trash every time you create a new project!
