PSP store got “closed” though in a way that you can’t access the store from the psp but you can still make purchase of psp titles on the ps3/vita store.

Insert ps4 disc, click buy free upgrade on the store, download game, done. Took me 30sec at most... (minus the download obviously)

While the gameplay is similar (top down action rpg) Diablo and Lost Ark are still different. Lost Ark is a MMO first but with the gameplay of Diablo. It is not a looter. Every big studio has their on library of animations, mesh and other thing that they usually reuse between prod. you would be mad to decide to throw all that work in the trash every time you create a new project!
