Reading more reply on twitter, they were not just cheating in COD but cheating Twitch system as well. They had bots following and “watching” their stream to get partner. The guy even bragged about getting partner in less than 2 weeks.

lowering world level will be a godsend for me! I don’t play enough to manage to level up a full party at a fast enough rate to keep up with world tier. Most world tier just happened automatically too so if you didn’t level up properly, you are fucked.

When most games can’t even currently reach 1080p on the Switch, I fear how bad it will look to upscale those games in 4k. Xenoblade Definitive Edition, for example, is 720p docked. 1080p upscale to 4k is mostly fine but 720p is going to look blurry!
