I’m a new Switch owner and the one and only reason I haven’t bought Xenoblade definitive edition on day one is because I found out that the game is 720p even docked... If a Switch “pro” can run even old game on 4k or at leat 1080p, I would probably buy it just for that!

yes but still the JP Maniax version which included Dante only came out the year after and was the version used for the NA version.
Yeah originally Nocturne came out the same year as DMC2 so they use that version probably in form of promotion. (Nocturne came only 1 month after DMC2)
