You can do the campaign and the “sidequests” and that’s pretty much it. Also there,s not much point in playing now if you don’t plan to buy the expansions.

You can play crucible and access any of the expansions maps in quickplay and competitive playlists but you can’t play any of those new maps in private match if you don’t own the expansions.
