EVs have high torque and I wouldn’t be so sure that the regenerative braking is inefficient. As I understand it, the limits on regen are dictated by heat, and the braking system doesn't exactly have to work too hard to slow down a box that probably weighs as much as a toaster. So that sounds like a perfect combination…
