Don’t fully blame Health Canada, the producers chose themselves in 2014 to exploit a loophole to their own profit. Many agencies/producers voiced their moral outrage that other producers would, in full knowledge add chemicals for medical-marijuana that was being sold to late stage cancer patients.  

Don’t believe all you hear in the news. There have been massive marijuana production facilities up and running for a few years now in Canada. Not sure why the CBC framed it in such a way, but in the architectural community, we’ve had designed quite a few facilities that are up and running.

Except architects have to assume the liability of a project, so I don’t discredit them wanting the lion share if like in Ontario, where an architect’s family is liable for 15 years after death and have to retain insurance even during retirement years
