Of course Michigan will stay open at the cost to my my country, Canada; where we’re losing capacity and eventually all automotive production to Mexico. Hell my hometown lost 30 years of Boeing investment to Mexico!.

Mitsubishi has built a long history of incredibly high output 2.0L that have great reliability (as long as you follow their service requirements to a T). Alas, we never got these fine cars in North America. VW would have no problem developing such reliability.

Good, and now hopefully Matt can relax and really get his groove going again. The guy is fantastic when he’s able to be himself

This is par for the course in the UK. Its all about laws and bureaucracy!

Nit picking, but you have to account for inflation, which puts the original cost in about $78,000. Still very cheap compared to the price now, but 2008 prices are a little deceiving.

136hp or 170hp options? Geez, my base 2006 Impreza had 178hp and i wouldn’t call it speedy. Passing on rural roads took some planning. Yes yes, speed isn’t everything... but it IS EVERYTHING when trying to merge or pass safely.

Geez, in Ontario it wouldn’t legally be allow on inter city parkways which are a minimum 50mph.

MMmmm I love legionnaires disease

Tokyo by Map,

Finding a stock clip is as hard as finding a stock Supra haha

I’m sure part of the Mazda-Fiat deal is that Mazda still gets to build the “better” car while Fiat will always get a compromised car. Makes sense, Mazda wouldn’t want to lose Miata sales to Fiat. Also, is their sales caps like the Subaru-Toyota FRS/BRZ deal?

Want to replace the vacuum pump (no.20), that’ll cost you $1440!!

I have no real reason to post here, but I just want this gif up (that I and couldn’t find my F&F Rx-7 cutaway gif.)

Will I be downloading (illegally) this? Yes. Did you hear me Amazon?! Because you’ve decided that Canada, you’re Northern neighbour isn’t worthy enough to have your digital video Prime service. Canada, the one of few countries that has been singled out for large scale levels of digital piracy. You know, maybe if we

Race rubber isn’t exactly designed to slide on asphalt easily.

If they are going with the TR-9007, they can also do an AWD setup. If you’re going to change everything about the Corvette, you might as well go AWD Mid-engine. (which also could explain why there was a Lambo-mule being tested at GM).

Its really sad that my 2006 Impreza Base has 178hp. Crosstrek is a nice idea, but its definitely going backwards in performance (or just general power comfort). Passing on rural roads in my Impreza takes some forethought, I couldn’t imagine passing too many in the Crosstrek!
