Hopefully this doesnt summon the Eye of Herb. I think the word “Guide” is doing some heavy lifting and most of them are going to be “change this setting” “how to cast a spell” that or just AI scrape other websites.

Herb mandated that it’s no longer a gaming news site but a gaming guide site that needs 50 guides a week. EiC didn’t like this and quit. It kept being brought up in comments and now there’s no more comments. 

Now I want a racing league where all of this is encouraged. I want to see them go as wild as possible. 

I’m sad because I was ungrey’d there but the tldr is another leader stepped down because the herb is shifting kotaku from a website with gaming news to a website with a 50 game guides a week quota.

Gamefaqs barely even has guides anymore, I’ve had to resort to whatever the hell a neoseeker is.

I too started it when I thought it was leaving and relieved it got an extension. I absolutely love the game and absolutely hate the battle system.
