Wonky CGI aside, I think this is a good first look. I liked the sense of humor and the overall feel. The premise should be a lot of fun, too. I’m all for non-superhero uses of superheroes. 

Oh, that guy at the end is a KING. Masculine enough to impress friggin’ Jennifer Walters, but secure enough in himself to let her carry him to bed? You go, my dude!

Bit of an uncanny valley going on there, but nothing so egregious I wouldn’t watch it.

I can say it didn’t look much like the trailer in the article, but I haven’t seen whatever other clips have been released on tiktok. I’d say it’s “highly probable” that the developer saw a chance to get some articles written to promote his game, whether or not it actually influenced the scene in the film.

need to see footage of the fight scene side by side to make my own conclusion. i guess i just feel sort of annoyed because i clicked all 50 hyperlinks in the article and didn’t even see a still shot from the movie.

I watched it in the theater when it was released. Time to revisit it.

Yes!  I don’t think many Star Wars fans were really on the edge of their seats to have the question answers of where Solo got his gun.  It’s a gun.  He’s a smuggler.  I’m OK just assuming he got it in much the same way people here get guns, or (more likely) never thinking of it at all.

Solo’s swagger may be too singular for another actor to replicate.
