I understand your point, but I am more concerned with listening to what Ms. Swetnick has to say, not what she looks like. And judging (pun not intended, but apt) I think that Brett Kavanaugh should at least be removed from the bench.

He should be disbarred because he has told provable lies (see his testimony when being questioned for his current judgeship versus what he says now).

There is no “right” way to be a victim. There is no reason for her to have submitted a photo of herself crying, or looking like she’s in a mugshot.  Most people smile in photos.

She really can’t win. If she smiles in the picture, she’s vilified as “happy to be ruining the career of a ‘good man.’” If she doesn’t smile in the picture, she’s vilified as an “angry feminazi.”

Seriously look at her all breathing air like she deserves to do it without asking permission! Or something.

Her statement is hard to read, and, importantly, incredibly specific and damning. She mentions other witnesses willing to speak, she’s worked in the government for years and holds multiple security clearances, and she submitted a sworn affidavit.
