I have a coworker who just graduated high school and just turned 18. I asked her if she had registered to vote for the midterms. We had virtually the same conversation you did, except she added, “Yeah, but I heard that if I register to vote, I might have to do jury duty. Hell with that.”

You know, I love my hobbies, but if they started killing people, I’d be okay with giving them up and moving on. It’s almost incomprehensible to me how one-dimensional these ammosexuals are. Go read a book or something for fuck’s sake.

This is a conversation I had with my 18 year old niece who graduates from high school next month. I asked her “Are you going to vote in November?”
