The real outrage here is that on  top of charging a delivery fee and asking you to tip the driver, third party apps will charge “service fees” (note that this is not a tip), they also take 20-30% of whatever the customer ordered from the restaurant.

Like you said, the NBA can say they are woke as they want to be but at the end of the day, Donald Sterling, with his ugly Trump like ways, was one of their owners for 33 years and it took him being recorded being the hateful dude he had been and embarrassing the NBA on a national scale before he was dealt with.

Blackballed also showed that no matter how “woke” The NBA claimed it was in terms of social issues and how they tried to paint themselves as the league of progress and equality compared to The NFL that it was also bullshit. A local rooftop bar put those domes up this past winter. They still had to shut down because of the virus.

Okay here’s the list. The rest of you can rank it!

Yeah, I used to have tons of cookbooks and magazines then realized I only had some recipes I used and ended up digitizing them (or finding digital copies wherever possible) and loaded them to an iPad (keeping backups in multiple spots just in case) and haven’t looked back.

It appears cookbook sales have been steadily on the rise for the last few years. She probably does have a lot, but I am not sure how well compilations sell. The only issue might be that she won’t have mains.

If you’re contacting a place directly to try and go around the 3rd party delivery services, try and verify you are actually calling them. Apparently (I think it was covered on here too) they can hijack the place’s digital presence rerouting calls to their places, making sure that the fees still get applied.

I would agree. You can always add more salt; it’s hard to remove it once it’s there.
