My Galaxy S8 takes maybe 50 minutes to charge via cable, and maybe 90 minutes wireless.  I can’t imagine the wireless charging on these newer phones is slow.

An Amazon gift card is the one of the most cash-like gift cards you could ever receive. Virtually no difference in liquidity for an additional 25%? I’d say its a no-brainer, but you and others are demonstrating it can’t be that simple.

Are you really this bad at basic finances? Why would you take the gift card then discount the entire extra amount? Take off 5% and you’re still up 20% in my CA example.
