He’ll probably get a lot of work initially riding his GOT fame, but I’m not sure about his longevity either. I once worked at a place that was closing its doors and I was one of the last employees. There wasn’t much to do in the last few months so I just read a lot. It was really nice and too short lived.

I’m not sure it’s usually the mothers pushing for c-sections but rather the doctors/hospitals. They are faster and they can bill a lot higher for them, so I think they are often pushed for long before it is medically necessary.
