Reign was ridiculous and fun for awhile. I enjoyed how they tried to intertwine modern trends into the costumes.

You just have to take them for what they are. Costume dramas, heavy on the drama. Think of them as fictional re-imaginings and you won’t be disappointed.
It was on the Richmond side. That’s the tricky thing about bats... you never see them until they want you to! (But really, you probably have. If you’ve ever seen what you thought was a bird after sunset it was probably a bat. Thoughts and prayers that they never decide to roost in your half enclosed tunnel!)
At my last holiday party one guest told his girlfriend she could bring her dog. He did not ask us and thought it was “okay” since we also have a dog. When they showed up he was bragging about how “well behaved” her (large) dog was and it wouldn’t be an issue. Long story short, his girlfriend got wasted and did not…
This. I would say at least 80% of the time I rent something I don’t get the model I rented.
I will often puree a small amount of rice to thicken a soup. It gives it a nice creamy consistency without making it heavy or fattening and it doesn’t really add flavor so you can use it for pretty much any recipe. Butternut squash sounds really nice for a stew.
You convinced me to browse their website because I had never heard of it before. The dress code for men made me laugh.
I agree that the costuming and set decoration was gorgeous!
Yes, they didn’t consider it in hiring her, but she still listed herself as a minority in the faculty on multiple occasions, which shows a pretty extreme disconnect.
That is a really fun editing note though.
I don’t have outrage. I think he got what he deserved. He has the right to appeal it through a lawsuit though, which he’s doing, and I don’t have a problem with that.
I don’t know if she said she was a “member of a nation” but she did claim she was a minority which is 100% not true.
You should be a PR rep. But yeah, she showed pretty bad judgement on this and I don’t think she should run. We have plenty of other better and stronger progressives that don’t have this embroiled battle with Trump.
I really enjoyed Barry. I lost interest in Mrs. Maisel after a few episodes though.
“There is literally no evidence here...”
I only want to see movies with you.
From what I saw of it, it’s geared to make the victim look like she was lying, which is the “tried and true” defense of rapists. As for transparency, there’s no reason why the public needs to know the painful details of her assault. This wasn’t even a criminal proceeding. He broke the school’s code of conduct and…
By your rationale we should never believe any conviction or judgement unless you’ve personally sorted through all the evidence yourself. I don’t need the article to corroborate the victim’s evidence or go through the painful details of her assault. The university went through their process, found overwhelming…
In terms of “evidence,” yeah, it means nothing. I would say the first article was much more balanced than the one you provided. The school rarely expels students for sexual assault, in this case there was overwhelming evidence so they did. I think that’s a fairly solid conclusion. Exactly how much evidence do you need…
