New idea: force them to watch Looking. Make everyone sad they didn't watch it before it was cancelled.
It was hard to sit down and watch the movie and say a final goodbye to Looking. I was glad to see all these characters again and to get an intentional ending, even though I agree that the change of format is a little awkward.
That's an interesting point, because the chatter around Girls has always involved a lot of people who hate it. I'm inclined to agree it was a lack of attention more than negative attention that did Looking in, as frustrating/mystifying as it was to me when people hated this show.
I remember enjoying Brady when we first met him. He seemed really different here to me, more like Patrick's perception of him than how I remembered him, but maybe I've forgotten some things.
Between the hair and the way he wasn't trying to be charming anymore, movie Kevin did nothing for me. Thank goodness.
Hey, if anyone can do it it's Bob.
That was her swimsuit though.
If you go right for the middle, it's very tempting to bracket you. If you lop off a small end the way Jeremy did, it's unlikely someone will try to take the small side from you.
Not if you're the first of three people. You risk the other two people taking the numbers on either side of you.
And don't forget Jenny, who raped him when she got mad.

Sure, Tom's done plenty wrong, but the disasters that are his love life aren't all on him. I'm not sure why Brandon finds Tom so…
Of all the ways in which this was a lovely, human, unusual treatment of abortion, the one that stood out for me was that Claire opted for medical abortion (instead of surgical). Everyone else, including the otherwise excellent Obvious Child, can't seem to resist the dramatic moment of the woman climbing up onto an…
I'm tearing through The Genius right now. So good!
I cheered out loud alone in my living room when Travis mentioned his boyfriend.
Last night I started watching The Genius, a South Korean reality show that I've been hearing a lot of buzz about from Survivor fans. It's fantastic, really fun strategy games, good cast, cleverly edited in a way American reality competitions aren't, even the set and score are charming. And I have four seasons to catch…
I like enthusiasm.
Maybe I should give Lost another try.
It should really be Halifaces, like matrices.
It would have been really weird to have sex with any of the others. Probably. Now you've got me thinking about it…
