I was slightly annoyed for a second when Counselor Troi started hooking up with Worf when she so obviously belonged with Riker. Then I got over it and never even spoke of it until this very comment.

Listen, every conservative in this country saw millions of Muslims dancing in the streets of New Jersey after 9/11, and if you ask to see video proof, that just means you’re a secret Muslim, too. I don’t see why this is so hard to understand.

This is pretty much the long and short of it. How do you combat people that refuse to see reality? Try as I might I just can’t find a way to go forward from this.

The real problem here is, once someone like Hannity (or Trump) has said it, no matter how often they or anyone else goes back on it, the lie will be repeated ad infinitum. Just ask someone on the right about this now: they’ll tell you Trump never tried to fire him and the NY Times lied. Or ask someone on the right…

Dammit, I clicked on this article hoping that Hannity was eating a bowl of shit and not a figurative one. So, Hannity got caught in a lie and changed the subject which is otherwise known as Thursday.

‘Mary Sue’ is a term that needs to die, because it’s only used to describe female characters. By the definitions given here, most male film protagonists are ‘Mary Sues’ - certainly Luke Skywalker and Han Solo. But for some reason nobody complains when a male character is highly competent and badass.
