CODA was a perfectly fine pick in a really bad year. They weren’t going to give it to Drive My Car so soon after Parasite, and the other best movies of the year were small (“Pig” was not going to win best picture). CODA made the best of a bad situation, and The Power of the Dog was NOT VERY GOOD!

Cool! I can immediately dismiss this list because the first slide is Robert Altman’s amazing live action Popeye movie. Like I’d give you the Prairie Home Companion movie or even though I like it OC and Stiggs but not Popeye.

Popeye is amazing. Still holds up from my childhood wearing-out-the-VHS.

I’ve never watched the movies, but I grew up reading my dad’s copies of the McDonald books, and Chevy Chase never seemed right for the role. Fletch may be sarcastic and insouciant, but he’s also a badass. 

Ya know, they always get ya. My Apple tv subscription ran out the 15th. Black Bird was done, Physical’s season was done, and For All Mankind’s season was over on the 12th. It was like perfect.

I feel sorry for Cudi, he doesn’t deserve that. The people lobbying bottles at him don’t deserve their tickets.

Man I thought regular slideshows were bad, but they’re even worse for videos. Forget to stop the current video before click next slide and later realize there’s video still playing in the background from a few slides black.
