I’ve never watched the movies, but I grew up reading my dad’s copies of the McDonald books, and Chevy Chase never seemed right for the role. Fletch may be sarcastic and insouciant, but he’s also a badass. 

Ya know, they always get ya. My Apple tv subscription ran out the 15th. Black Bird was done, Physical’s season was done, and For All Mankind’s season was over on the 12th. It was like perfect.

Okay. Once more time to people complaining about slideshows. Narrow the browser window to about the width of the main column and refresh the screen. The slides are now one long post with pictures. You’d think that Lifehacker would have done a post on this.

Man I thought regular slideshows were bad, but they’re even worse for videos. Forget to stop the current video before click next slide and later realize there’s video still playing in the background from a few slides black.
