@octasquid: This is true with everything in life! Hellalujah!

@zelannii: You work for best buy I can tell!

@Zhuzhu: It's refundable only if you were to cancel and return it within 72 hours. After that you must pay the 36 dollar activation fee plus a prorated charge for the monthly plan you chose.

@ludwigk: Are you serious? Yes I believe Apple really owes them money, the depth of my heart believes that because I feel Gizmodo contributed to Apples success, that Apple literally has to write them a check for advertising. I literally believe that Apple should figure out the effect Gizmodo has had on the Apple 4

@bozack: That is true, only speculation really.

@PN - gooapplesoft: I asked my brain, and it said, yup it would try it's best. Also I would put my family on assembly and sorting duty.

@bozack: Well you pointed out exactly my point...3G model sold 1 million. 3GS, despite being a new phone, with lots of marketing, sold 1 million. 4th version, no marketing, nearly 2 million!!

I wish I had the purchasing power to buy things in bulk like Apple, I'd get phones hella cheap!

@ziffelbat: Hmm, I still haven't bought that theory yet, and I LOVE conspiracy theories!

How is this illegal in any way? I am not a very smart legal or tech guy...but it's just like one of those online access storage websites, except they just say "Hey, put music on us instead via your phone!"

Real Steve Jobs is very good at sales manipulation...he should be a car salesman.

@Matt da brat on da wheels of steel: I am on your side and agree with you, but I just want to let you know that no one expects launch day sales to continue at full force.

I am still adamant that the reason for all the hubbub this time around is 100% Gizmodo's doing.

@Kat Hannaford: Me too. I am going to go for the Droid Incredible so far, that is my favorite.

@★DoYouLikeToastToo?: I think in our lifetime that is a job that will remain...but eventually in other peoples lifetimes at one point, there will come a time, I am not sure how distant, but there will come a time when you can program a robot to function as we do, and then we will basically be obsolete.

I think the movies have it spot on with A.I. Not in every respect, but I think as a collective, all the movies about robots, or artificial intelligence, etc. are right about the future (not sure how distant, but eventually.)

@pettiblay: I haven't learned how to control time and space yet, but I can write you a haiku, or possibly make you an e-card if that helps?

Go Microsoft Go! (*read as Peter from Family Guy, during the episode he is trying to convince historians that his house is worth a lot buy tricking them there is more history in the house than there actually was, by placing an electric train set below the floor boards supposedly representing Harriet Tubman's "freedom
