but if the solar panel is in the cover, i don't see how it would charge the tablet because you have to take it off to use it. And i havent seen many usable flexible solar panels. It looks like from the pictures that it would be on the back of the tablet. But I guess then it wouldn't charge in use anyway.. I guess…

It looks like the back of the tablet might be a solar panel, If that is true this device looks very nice. With the added hand crank for charging this should have no problems with power. If it was made of aluminum I would gladly buy one, the added thickness should make it easier to hold.

Agreed. I think the Iconia feels better balanced than the xoom. all i know is that i love mine and it does seem pretty amazing
