A reboot disregards what came prior, this seems pretty clearly a sequel, in that the prior events did happen, but now this is happening “after” that happened, even though it’s retreading the same point in time. More like going back in time to change the past, whereas in a reboot the past never happened in the first

What is this article? What is happening here? It’s obviously a sequel, we all figured that out when Remake came out. Are you okay?

It wasn’t that difficult to infer after the events of Remake alone.

Kotaku at it’s finest, finding issues where the are none.

And I bet both of those games would have been even better had they not had multiplayer and utilized the time and resources spent on multiplayer towards the single-player experience. CP2077 already had enough development issues as it is.

Obviously personal taste, but I think the original PS5 is hideous, and it’s crazy size didn’t help. This only fixed (maybe) the size issue, but still an eye sore. Maybe it will come available in different colors? A black version would be nicer imo.

Did they? What about all the star systems and all that?

I can’t believe this studio is still making the same game and expecting us to pay $70 for it, and to play it for more than a hundred hours.

Yay someone validated your preconceived notions

Yep, this game is exactly what I wanted it to be. A new adventure in a new place with new people and new lore to learn, but set in a game that plays the same as one I’m already intimately familiar with, so I can just jump right in and start enjoying those things right away rather than having to get used to the

Whole lot of “meh” in this so far. And that trailer was just a cinematic. Zero gameplay.

Looks Incredible

Does it? They didn’t actually show any of the game.

it does make Star Wars Outlaws look like it will be centered on characters rather than mechanics and a barrage of systems Ubisoft’s map games have become infamous for. At least that’s what I’m hoping.

Bugs and broken game mechanics don’t mean it wasn’t playtested, it just means the issues playtesters found weren’t fixed.

Just because the bug wasn't fixed, doesn't mean it wasn't found.

It was tested and lots of bugs would have been written. I can guarantee you that. But, there’s a difference between writing bugs, and them being fixed. If someone high up decides polish isn’t a priority, then the QA team can only do so much.
