I'm With Her

They just need to give her a red sharpie and black clothes and she'll kick butt. Man, season one of Revenge was fun.

The guy can act, but he needs something to work with. Oddly enough, Zach Snyder did write at least part of the story for WW and it was much better than the Superman films. Maybe Snyder really just needs more co-writers and basically a co-director to work, i.e. George Lucas.

I saw WW last week and loved it, and I rarely see movies in theaters. I might go see My Cousin Rachel, though. If the new Mummy franchise had someone more interesting in the lead role, I'd consider watching it, but Brendan Fraser and Rachel Weisz were awesome together.

Good point. I would say that Leo DiCaprio doesn't get the bashing he does for weight gain (and hair recession)—granted, he seems to fluctuate more—because we've seen him age more consistently from when he was a teenager on "Growing Pains" to now.

That is SUCH a good coming of age film and my favorite film of his. Plus, to teen girl me, he was so cute. He's still attractive and I hate all these older comments about his weight. He's not a tall guy and it just shows more easily, and it must hurt to hear that a lot.

I was 10 or 11 when it came out and we practically wore the pod racing game out and had it for both the computer and one of the gaming systems. We loved Jake Lloyd and, really, none of the problems with that film were *him*. It's weird to think about that film now and how I loved something that wasn't great in

There ARE more books by Jeff Shaara, the author of Gods and Generals. Hmmm.

It's probably bc I think was my first exposure to Carly Simon, but "Coming Around Again" is my favorite album of hers.

GAH Happy Endings. That still wounds me.

Oh, I think it's sweet. I hope it does stick around! I didn't see this earlier; otherwise I would have watched it live.

It's funny that I only looked that cover up recently bc I've had a cd rip of that and the Let Yer Ya-Yas Out records together and obviously didn't get an iTunes cover for it. Agreed, not their best.

I've been getting into Biffy Clyro, a Scottish band, recently, and WOW their early album covers are horrible. Thankfully, they're less creepy and misogynistic-in-appearance now. (Specifically, the cover for "The Vertigo of Bliss" and some EP covers.) https://en.m.wikipedia.org/…

I will be disappointed if "Let the River Run" isn't there somewhere. Sometimes I just play that on a short loop in the mornings when I'm brushing my teeth, etc. before leaving for work. It's pretty much the perfect, "screw you, jerks of the world, I will be awesome today" song.

I was really looking forward to MKS, but they only released that one song. Bummer.

That is horrible.

That is so strange and seems like a lot of extra work. Way to cut her out of residuals at the time, jerks.

I didn't watch this show yet, but I looked at Erinn Hayes' twitter and it looks like she just found out today as well. That's a sucky move and it's not often that a "family" sitcom replaces a mom or dad. (yes, I did know about Aunt Viv and Valerie Hogan, but it's still weird.)

That's weird because I've seen episodes with her in them in syndication now.

My favorite lineup was the second w/ Keisha/Mutya/Heidi, but I do have one of Siobhan Donaghy's solo albums.

My favorite was how Topanga's parents kept getting switched out and given different names. And lol her sister Nebula in one episode.
