I'm With Her

Watching his interviews (ok mostly earlier ones before the boring-persona he seems to have adopted in recent ones), I think he's stuck in dour action roles where he'd be better off in things like this. He's capable of charm and nerding out, and he plays a great rogue, and if he got to use his own accent, he could read

I was so happy when Cavill got the role, but based on the reaction from Man of Steel, I haven't even watched that one, let alone BvS. No interest. Comic book movies interest me much more when the heroes actually get to act like heroic, kind people. I like the Nolan Batman movies, but enough "dark DC" films. I'm going

I think Hitchcock's thing has been online before, right? Did you have a favorite episode? I've been meaning to check that one out.

2/3 of the stories in the Tales movie weren't bad, but I missed out on the show. I was an Are You Afraid of the Dark? kid, though!

He's one of my favorite parts of Rookie of the Year as well. "The Cubs are on their longest winning stretch of the season—-TWO!" Perfect. Great as my Cubbies are doing this year, I'd kill to have him back as a guest with Len and JD. :(

The only good similar "women's" websites are The Toast and The Pool. Sadly I can't think of more. I wish I could do more than hate-read xojane, but only 1/20 articles is good.

I read the book and it's really great. The movie starts a bit slow, though, and I stopped watching and forgot to ever finish it. Thanks for the reminder!

Totally on the nose, there. And ugh Kodak!!!! They had such dumb people in charge. How does one screw up after inventing the digital camera? By trying, apparently.

Hmm, I guess we'll see! It.'a been a good sign that so few shows are getting canceled lately. Savage has directed mostly tv: lots of It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Happy Endings (I think, but he also cameos in it), Modern Family, etc. He's been busy!

I reference that far too much. I'd definitely watch a whole interview show that just did that stuff every episode. I hate that I got into mtv as a kid in the late '90s just as it was starting to suck and really get away from music.

THIS. And, as a student, it's far easier for me to just watch stuff on Netflix when I have the time rather than schedule tv time for the broadcast.

I think I may give it another go because I quit it before Olyphant came in, and from all accounts, he's really great in it.

This is a good explanation for why I was ok with not watching it past the sixth episode or so. I love the cast and the idea, but the execution isn't quite there. I hope it gets a second season just to try and change some of these things (and hopefully the rest of the first season gets to Netflix so I can pick and

I don't know how I ever worked round brushes in the early 2000s to just even get my hair to go in the same direction. The last time I tried using one, I just got my hair all tangled up. I just use a big ventilated paddle brush now and hope for the best.

I just have wet hair in the morning! Does it work ok if hair is less damp before braiding it?

Curling irons with the clasp are so hard to work with! I gave up on mine quickly. I could try another one, but who wants to really do more than dry their hair? It's bad enough on hair health to use blow dryers.

Aaugh it's not fair that only the bad rom-coms get good distribution lately. Also, I hope Paula Patton gets one deserving of her charm. I've only seen the trailer for the one where she's a stewardess and she radiant and cool, even though the rest of the story looked forced. I feel so badly for her having to put up

Weedsport is actually quite nice!

This is a bit like James Darren being cast in The Guns of Navarone. I don't remember if he sang in it, though. I know he was an actor-singer, but definitely had the teenybopper audience (and better pipes; I'm 27 and I love him in Gidget). Meh, who knows, maybe Harry Styles will be a decent actor of the Justin

Yeah, it does sound more like a movie or miniseries plot.
