Ad also doesn’t mention anything about beard oil stains which is also a common concern for Suby owners.
I’ve been at Goodwood the past few days and my buddy and I have dubbed this car the “zero fucks given Jaguar”. The driver/owner has drifted, burned out, beaten this car within an inch of its poor soul all weekend. It has been fantastic to watch.
Precheck hasn’t been bad. I would never ever fly without it again.
Am I the only one that see Fusions literally everywhere? How is that not a profitable line? Especially considering it’s a fleet vehicle. Very radical approach but I’m very interested to see how to fares.
Oh come on, it’s more interesting than NASCAR - minus the lack of soap opera drama
C5 Corvette - light, cheap, huge aftermarket, great reliable race cars.
Or just, you know, like all RWD BMWs in the northeast...
No, I wish F1 brought back no halos
They must glue the tires on similar to Bugatti - I wonder if it worked it’s way out and coated the lip. Curious
I think all awful car movies should be included. Then we can have Jalopnik awards for best and worst car films. I’d like to formally nominate Redline as the best worst car movie of all time.
How dare you!?
Protip: if you ever need a VIN to check a part, just look up the same make and model on ebay or any car listing site (e.g. cars.com). VINs are always listed and can be used in place of the one you likely don’t have access to, your own.
I’ve had one since 2010 and being mid-30s i never feel like “that guy”. Avoid the vette meets. Most of the track guys know that they are fun toys.
Buddy bought a hurricane Sandy C5Z and we rebuilt it. you could see the water line was up to mid-steering wheel. Gutted and rebuilt back to factory spec to get it registered for street in MA (awful process). With the chassis it ended up costing about $12k. Not bad. Now it’s a great HPDE car. The chassis (even steel)…
Next up: regulations to have in-car camera aimed at the driver in order to use autonomous or like features to ensure attentiveness.
I was commuting from Uxbridge to Waltham and it was awful. Really nice back roads though. Hopefully you’ll be taking the train if you’re still going downtown.
Out on the 495 belt right off Rt20 - but I work in Waltham.
Move the suburbs, we’ll gladly welcome you in metro-west Boston :) And yes, I personally don’t think the car screams opulence, but it does get a surprising amount of “fancy car” attention from kids and girls.
Wow there is an awful lot of hate in this reply post...
