Right but what every insurance policy has is a value for the structure, or the repair to the structure I should say, which is definitely higher than the actual value of it. So the insurance company could be “upside down” on this but not really because the payments this guy makes on his policy are to cover the cost of

Oh that’s really interesting and a great use case actually. Probably much easier to mobilize as well since fuel is no longer part of the equation.

CA has long used natural gas for these purposes and now we’re having to pay other states to TAKE extra energy because of how much solar we’ve created. San Diego has one of the largest battery storage plants in place, and now we’ve got NG plants that are operating at single digit capacity. It won’t be long before

The sea was angry that day my friends. At having a whale’s blowhole obstructed not by a Titleist but a hoagie.

Every one of these suggestions is horrible.

Let’s say a prayer for the engine being bounced constantly off the rev limiter by the guy staging for the next run.

But this does allow you to still watch what is broadcast over the air in your local region on NBC. Yes, you need to pay extra to get the extra time and you didn’t before, but that’s exactly the same thing that sunday ticket is.

So it’s basically like Sunday Ticket then?

Same thing I’ve noticed in London and Paris. Very different whooping sound, which is far easier to distinguish IMO.

It’s true you do need to tune the ECU (usually through a PowerCommander or similar) when changing exhausts but unless that crotch rocket is about 2 decades old, it shouldn’t have any jets anywhere to be found on it.

i don’t know for certain but I think the A/C controls give away that this might actually be a Euro model. One that has been federalized obviously but still a Euro model I believe. IIRC, the US version of this would’ve had the ACC III instead of that one, which I think is euro only.

CA doesn’t “allow” me to run without a front plate yet I haven’t had one on a car in decades. The answer is within you.

There may be a ton of Giulias around but there are basically zero QF versions. You know the one they marketed the shit out of? I’m actually intrigued by it and my AMGs lease is almost up but I can’t even find one to test drive so I’ll either be buying another AMG or a 911.

I can agree with some of your points but I think the 300sl, any early 911 (especially the RS) or 356 or 550 or or or. Most of the legendary driver’s cars are from an era that predates that period.

Exactly. I would’ve LOVED a Type-R in the 90s but nowadays I drive an AMG instead. And apparently these cars with the markup will cost more than any CLA45 and about the same as C63, that’s insanity to think that someone would choose the Honda.

Using gel cell batteries, I’ve noticed that this doesn’t seem to happen to me anymore. I have them on 3 cars and zero corrosion that I can see.

Absolutely nothing.

The G in G550 or G63 stands for Gelandewagen. So G wagon is just an abbreviation of that. So yes, there is a G wagon.

Buy the testarossa. It’ll enjoy the best appreciation, it has the end-all-be-all Ferrari gated shifter. The Murci is fine but it’s way worse to drive (although my excursions in both were quite limited) and it’s just never gonna be as classic as the testarossa.

The early 380 had a single-row timing chain. By 1983, that was fixed. The 380 is a way easier motor to work on and it’s not like the 560 is fast or anything. You can get a much better deal on the 380 and if you get one with the double row timing chain (83-85), you’re golden.
