I noticed less bars then on my Droid X but as far as dropped calls or reduced performance, nothing at all. Signal is good and speeds are great. In fact I'm getting better signals by my work when it's normally pretty terrible.

As a happy owner of the Galaxy Nexus I have to say I was also frustrated with the way Verizon handled the release. I was ready to jump ship and abandon my unlimited plan if the Nexus didn't come out on Verizon this time around. From now on I'm following the Nexus.
