Any vehicle with a lot of metal or chrome details on and around the dash, or that have large screens in the dash. They become blinding sunlight mirrors in the right weather. The Tesla touch screen is the current worst offender.

The brake lights are only activated when the car is slowing down. Not necessarily when the pedal is fully released. It’s accelerometer based.

The good news is you can get a car the size of an Accord for the price of a Civic

ToeRag V10 TDI. Yes, a lot of trickery was used to maintain traction (lots of ballast), but it was a real thing. Definitely surprising considering it’s a unibody 5-pax midsize SUV by American standards.

It’s not that they don’t value their time. It’s that they value their status more than their time. That’s a huge huge key component most Lexus guys can’t wrap their head around. (Which is probably a good thing for the Lexus guys.)
