I wouldn’t be surprise if he does have > $20K into it. That still doesn’t mean it’s worth > $20K. A properly done turbo setup is probably $8-10K US. Sure you can cobble one together with Ebay parts for less but a good one rivals an engine swap in cost. I think it’s a very nice car with a relatively high price at least

Say it with me every one.

Because those pills are a carcinogenic, but the risk of getting heartworms as a puppy is worse than your dog being old and getting cancer when they only have a few years left regardless. Humans tend to live longer than dogs so if we took it on a regular basis we would be in trouble

Florence Henderson has been a fixture at the 500 for over 40 years. She’s a long time friend of the Hulman George family and always attends the Race.

Newton was a Deist for most of his life, believing in a deity who had set the universe in motion like a perfect clock, and then stepped aside. Not quite “deeply religious” in the modern sense of the word, but religious in the manner of a typical 17th century scientist, to be sure.

Cool, but it woulds have been kinda nice iffn you tolds us all exactly what each car was, right ? C’mon Pat—-Do a job, dude !

Great photos. We were up on the Turn 2 mound this morning for most of the session.

It’s a shame most of the creativity was lost when it turned into spec racing. Seeing all the different approaches and unique cars was fun to watch.
