For those keeping score at home...
Silver for athletes, steel for humans.
““I’ve never cared about anyone’s race, religion, gender, or orientation,” Cawthon wrote”
Exactly. This is like when people say “I don’t see race.” Well then it’s no fucking wonder you don’t recognize your own racism.
Interesting, so this hot tub streaming is a loophole in the guidelines used to dress provocatively..
I would argue that back in the Gawker days they were both. I remember reading some incredibly well researched and well thought out pieces on Jez, Gawker, Deadspin, etc. about topics nobody else was discussing. Lately they’re not even good bloggers.
Nah, fuck that. That’s just the excuse they like to fall back on any time they’re called out on their sloppy work. Whether they like to admit it or not, this is a news site - people come here primarily to find out what’s going on, and the opinion then comes as part of that package. When you can’t even be bothered to…
The Alamo is closing locations? What a Crocket of shit!
I mean, they know full well that they broke the TOS; their whole goal is to upend the TOS so that there isn’t anything to take responsibility for.
Listen buddy, I saw a copy of Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney on the shelf at a game shop years ago. I didn’t buy it but let me tell you, looking at the cover picture taught me a lot about the legals and the briefs, so I think I’m qualified to say that this is a clear-cut win for the claim-man against the bad-team, for a…

Autopilot disengaged about 40 seconds prior to impact due to the Tesla issuing a Forward Collision Warning (FCW) chime which happened again about two seconds prior to impact.
Am I missing something or does the article not really have anything to do with the crash? Yes L2 systems should be avoided for this exact reason, but in this particular case, AP is not involved at all and the driver had 40 seconds to react and not deliberately accelerate to well over 100mph. Autopilot caps you to…
Exactly. Not on autopilot (for nearly a minute before the crash) and the driver’s foot was on the throttle. This is a bad driver story, not a Tesla story. The only reason we’re talking about it is because Teslas have cameras built in and they capture bad driver behavior and go viral.
