"I didn't have time to get into it with him. I only had eight minutes."
Damn, too bad Bill Maher doesn't know any way he can give the guy more time on his own hour long show. But at least he followed the axiom, "If you can't completely dissect anybody's entire life in under 10 minutes, just don't bother."

It doesn't bother me, and I really don't care for the show.

He sure is. Which is why he isn't in jail.

God, did you even read the article? "Muslims are deserving of every bit of fear they’ve been shown." Where would one come to that conclusion?

Pause. Who is defending the right of muslims to oppress women? I'm saying people have a right to be Muslim without being branded a terrorist or somebody who deserves to be feared. How many mass shooters have been Christian? And yet, we don't cast suspicious eyes at every Christian.
Of course we don't defend the action

Because it's wrong for liberals to hold people who claim to be on their side to a standard of "You shouldn't degrade an entire religion" or "Hey, why don't we not hear out the guy who says hateful shit and isn't interested in creating a useful dialogue, but a rant." That's the real problem? Our resistance to Bill

It sucks that you paid for one thing and received another, but does it matter how close you sit during a stand up show? I get it for a concert. You want to see the band moving. It's a very visual experience. But comedy? And especially somebody like Bill Maher who isn't really physical? If I were going to his show (I'm

For the Angel of Death spread his wings on the blast,
And breathed in the face of the foe as he passed;
And the eyes of the sleepers waxed deadly and chill,
And their hearts but once heaved, and for ever grew still!

Which is why I really think that the democratic leadership has to do their own to look into…Senator Behar…no that's not right…Congresswoman Behar…hold on, she's with the media. I see. ABC news needs to…oh wait, she's not officially a part of ABC News. Okay then, whatever government body oversees The View needs to

For the first time in my life, I can honestly say that Stephen Colbert could walk into the White House tomorrow and take over for Donald Trump, and would run a more functional government than the sitting president. Even with W, I would have had to hedge that bet with "Well, I don't believe in his policies, but he's

So I know, what's the alt right site that's "TOO EXTREME FOR BREITBART?" I'm sure we'll be hearing about that place next.

Where? Assuming they hold serve, maintain their senate seats in red states like ND, MT, MO, IN, and purple states like Ohio and Florida, which Republican states are they going to flip? They have two years to convince voters of Arizona, Mississippi, Nebraska, Nevada, Tennessee, Texas, Utah or Wyoming? I could see

Their numbers ain't dwindling in 2018.
States up for election that have an incumbent democrat:
Washington, California, New Mexico, Montana, North Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, Missouri, Indiana, Ohio, Florida, Virginia, West Virginia, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Connecticut, Rhode Island,

Cool

I think Robot Chicken did that.

SNL did. People have roasted them for that shit. I'm struggling to think of many other comedy shows he'd appeared on. He did show up on Colbert, and to Colbert's credit he says his biggest regret was having him on and not challenging him. He said he thought he wasn't going to last (not a crazy opinion at the time) and

If it makes you feel any better, Fallon didn't turn it into comedy.

Millions of undecided voters aren't paying attention. A good number of those people watch the Tonight Show before bedtime. In a razor thin election, it's not a stretch to think that a certain segment of the population will vote for the guy who seems like a friendly enough person. Hell, he let Fallon mess up his hair.

They're bad for doing that.

By inviting them on your show, tussling their hair, and making it as though saying horribly racist shit without ever apologizing is acceptable.
