I was right 4 years ago, when I made that comment.

Think I found him. He seemed surprised.

You can’t share the standard plan, no, but they do offer a $15 family plan that would cover everyone in the group.

They already had a family plan for All Access, and have had it since All Access was introduced. This is just library sharing for people who don’t have All Access.

Can you do Transitions lenses? Because those things are fucking amazing.

As someone who has two cell phones, doesn’t like to put my wallet in my back pocket, and often needs to carry other stuff as well, I fucking love cargo shorts (and their longer brethren, cargo pants). If I could wear them every day, I would.

It’s only a driver if it dumps you on your head.

The good news is that plenty of foods earned the opposite result: even though the average American wasn’t sure if hummus, wine, or sushi is healthy, nutritionists overwhelmingly gave these foods the thumbs-up.

If it’s anything like their Music Freedom thing, no catch.

Sadly, net neutrality rules don’t apply to mobile carriers. And while T-Mobile uses them for good (between this, Music Freedom, and Binge On), other carriers have made noise about using them for evil.

My understanding is that yes, you can just plug an external HD into the Shield and use it as a Plex Media Server (or if you have the 500GB model, just use the onboard storage). AFAIK, it’s exclusive to the Shield for now, but you might be able to sideload it and get it to work on the Nexus. I haven’t checked.

Sure, but it’s a couple of years old at this point. It’s a Core i5-4570 and a GeForce 750Ti with 8GB of DDR3-1600 RAM and a 1TB Seagate SSHD. I used this motherboard, this power supply, and this case. If I had to do it over, I’d probably spend a bit less on the CPU and motherboard, and a bit more on the video card.

Hm. It doesn’t say anything about Prime in the T&C, but I wouldn’t be too surprised. At any rate, I burned my free trial of Prime last Christmas, so that’s not an option.

I just picked up an Nvidia Shield. It fills a bunch of niches for things I’ve been wanting to do lately; it’s a more capable device than the Fire Stick I’ve been using, the built-in Gamestream will let me retire my old desktop PC and use my gaming HTPC (which is much more powerful than my desktop) to do desktop work;

Anyone else having trouble getting the VISA30 code to work? I’m an Amazon Visa holder but not a Prime member, but it doesn’t state anywhere in the T&C you need to have Prime to use that one...

Or just let people have some fun with it. They’re not hurting you, after all.

Seems kind of penny wise, pound foolish, doesn’t it? I mean, any job comes with a certain amount of training and a certain period of acclimation needed, during which, at the very least, productivity isn’t going to be as good as it should be. Cycling out temps every few months means you’re dealing with that over and

I’m assuming that, as part of this service, the pink mustache on the front of the car will be impeccably groomed.
