An act is only as illegal as the people opposing it are willing to make it. If the Senate doesn’t stop him, and his lickspittle Supreme Court doesn’t stop him, then it doesn’t really matter how illegal it is.

Actually, it’s pretty creepy how much Trump talks about bound and gagged women being smuggling over the border. Almost like he’s placing an order.
