I’m confused. This is a legitimate sticking point that perhaps not everybody sees / understands / realizes. Just like using the 👍🏼 emoji. 

Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy are both bi-sexuals, and their relationships with men are not “straightening” them out. Nor does it invalidate in any way their relationship with women. Bisexual people exist. Do better.

Not all queer people are gay. Ivy and Harley both have cannon romantic relationships with men. They are free to fuck, date or love whoever they want...it’s not “straightening out” unless their relationship is papered over or played for laughs in the future.

...I mean, is it straightening out if she was introduced as a girlfriend to a male character? Maybe she’s bi?

I can’t speak to whether the storyline is good or not, but calling it “straightening out” is the worst kind of bi-erasure. It’s the kind of prejudice that bi and pansexual folx have to deal with constantly. Please try to be better than that.

The “alternative” is that they don’t assault people who are complying with their instructions. Sure, make them drop their "weapon," but why pin down someone who is obviously no threat?

What they could have done is allowed you to retain the life, force, and stim canisters.

Counterpoint to what Zack said, I played the original Bioshock and couldn’t get into it and ignored the franchise until Infinite. I loved Infinite.  I loved it so much it did motivate me to go back and play the first two, and my conclusion is the total opposite of Zack’s- Infinite is the best, then the first one, and…

And you can’t just dump it on the ground like extra milk.
