Immigration generally doesn’t nail people for simple clerical errors, as they’ll get thrown out in court. Also, claiming Zone 6 on a record generally isn’t admissible, as that is part of 1st Amendment protections.

Exactly!  She was a DA and then attorney General for 16 years before the Senate, and we can make some reasonable judgments on such a track record. You're right that there's some sexism behind the shade, but let's not pretend her record doesn't exist.
