People don’t pay attention as much to local elections. If this level of enthusiasm keeps up it will be easier to win some of these seats back or at least make what should have been cakewalks into expensive close calls.

Both my parents are from that area, neither of them sound like this. It’s weird that some people have it and others don’t. I slip into “Philadelphia dialect” when I’m down there.
