Uh, blu-ray displays at 30 fps regardless of the source material ... and the TV interpolates that at even higher rates. 60Hz, 120Hz, and 240Hz being common.

I had the same experience with Pirates of the Caribbean. That and some god-awful Fast and Furious flick were my intro into HD.

I saw it in HFR 3D, and I got admit, I enjoyed it. The 3D, not so much, but the HFR, yeah. Then again, I like, and watch, a lot of HD TV and blu-rays. I see it all the time at home, and to me, it only makes sense to finally see it on the big screen.

As I kid, I loved all things cyberpunk. A dark, neon, dystopia full of netrunners and cybernetic solos? Sign me up!

I see a lot of posts here about how they are worried that Superman is going to be a sad, emo, downer of a movie. Ugh. These are the people that need to see this movie the most.
