Yeah I was thinking that he new he had some major TV appearances coming up, not necessarily wrestling, but still on TV. He wants to look good, hits the gym and gets a little boost from some roids. Either way, RIP to one of my all time favorites.

So this is definitely a case of... guy hasn't been in pro wrestling for a couple of years, wants to bulk up a little, takes a couple of pre-workout cocktails, and his heart gives out. RIP.
