I'm primarily a console gamer, but I also use Steam a lot. I've never played Half-Life, and with the new release of the Black Mesa mod, I figured now would be the time to jump in on the HL universe. It's an amazing mod that looks like a AAA title, and it's free.

I don't really care if playing as a girl is the only omission, since I'm a guy. I think both versions are cheap on Amazon, so I'll just go with whichever is cheaper.

I only remember the PC version. There was a fun (at least at the time) level where you had to throw crap at people from the rooftop of their high school .
