Wow. Is it me, or is the video game industry among the most unstable places to work in? Even if you're an industry mainstay (like the once resilient Psygnosis), there's no guarantee you'll stick around. Seems like nobody's safe anymore!

Given that you talk to many people in the industry (designers, producers, programmers, etc.), have you ever reviewed a game made by someone you've befriended, but have had to give it a ''less than favorable'' review? How do you tackle those situations?

Yeah, I do that with games I'm only interested for the story. Another thing you can do is YouTube the cutscenes. I had to do that with Max Payne, because for some reason, the audio for all cutscenes would be muted, haha.
