On the one hand, I used to use the “OK” symbol...like it has always been used until the last few years in which alt right shitlords decided to co-opt it. I will occasionally feel myself doing it and have to remind myself “Oh, wait, this belongs to incel Nazis now, which is SO SUPER FUCKING COOL AND LOGICAL” and switch

Humanity is amazing. We could do anything, if we put our minds to it and work hard. Cure diseases, land on Mars, expand into the depths of the oceans, travel among the stars.

I’m just happy that there are a good amount of independent developers that have made a name for themselves. Studios like Supergiant, Team Cherry, and now ExtremelyOK are studios that make good games and feel good to support too. AAA studios can and do make great games but supporting the smaller studios just feels

as a double-feature to be shown with Isao Takahata’s Grave of the Fireflies

Four?!? 1. David Niven, 2. George Lazenby, 3. Timothy Dalton and... who? Barry Nelson?

Also, I’d argue you can get a baconeggandcheese in most places in the USA. A good pastrami sandwich is actually really hard to find outside of the NYC area!

I mean, the white bread is obviously suspect, but I’d argue pastrami is a classic New York deli food (when served on rye).

Kinda just sounds like maybe you don’t know any Jewish people.

Pastrami doesn’t even taste good.

Despite what the child responding said previously, your grandpa was right to be repulsed. The problem is that we’ve always had a culture where war has been entertainment for the people not being fucked up by the war, and everyone loves a soldier as long as they’re dying. We live in a sick culture filled with sick

A store refusing to sell a product is not censorship. That's not what censorship is, at all.

I mean, it plays in almost every other scene in the movie.

Look, he understands economics and markets because he’s not a dumb leftie and not paying an income tax personally is worth all that! Who cares about infrastructure!

Bought mine midnight at launch. Given me 4 straight years of amazing gaming. It’s always worth buying if you KNOW what you’ll be getting down the road; as a Nintendo fan, I was happy to put my faith in this system despite the Wii U tragedy, and they did not let me down.

I remember when the Switch launched everyone saying, and even thinking myself, that we should wait for the inevitable XL version, and boy am I glad I didn’t wait 5 years. Everyone always thinks hardware upgrades are not just inevitable but also right around the corner, but that’s rarely the case.

But the movie version seems to forget that he should be vulnerable to magic. There’s no way he should’ve been able to resist the Lasso of Hestia when WW used it on him at the memorial. That scene drives me nuts as a result.

Nope been stuck in this godawful dimension for years now!

Oh thank God, someone from my dimension. I don’t suppose you know how to get back? :V

Excuse me...it’s BerenSTEIN Bears, ok?
