I think that's the most logical reason that the lack of diversity doesn't bother me as much. But yes I would love for there to be more people like me in Fantasy and on GOT.

Fair enough. And I agree it could have been written differently. But for some reason it just doesn't bother me as much being a fictional society as compared to Girls being set in NYC which is a very real place.

Ok so I just finished it. Totally amazing I'm sold. I love the contrast between Korra and Aang. Also the call back to Zuko's mom in the beginning was cool.
