I have one. My 2014 Q50 Hybrid had an A/C compressor and water pump that were both electrically driven. No serpentine belt at all. It would continue to circulate warm engine coolant through the heater core or provide A/C whether the engine was running or not. I see no reason the same could not be done on pure ICE…
