When we have snow days we get charged vacation/sick days for it, even if only those of us who own 4-wheel-drive monster SUVs can actually get out of our neighborhoods. That's a major downside of working in a suburb a few blocks from where the upper management live. And working in an industry that thrives on storm

They kind of bury the lede when they finally talk about how the database this is culled from is heavily biased towards modern music, as there are fewer digitized recordings of popular music from before 1955. Essentially, this should set off a red flag against any assertion of a "modern trend" using this data. If it's

It's because everyone in Rochester has brown shitwater in their lightbulbs. They didn't realize it was a joke.

I would definitely recommend getting it from the library again. There are bits where you have to have a little faith because it takes a while for some of the stuff to pay off. Keep going through the first few chapters at least before you write it off.

Then again, real, professional salespeople who sell things like industrial equipment or medical imaging machines make shit-tons of money in the good years. They also wouldn't put up with Glengarry shit and would go on to better paying, healthier jobs. I also would never want to do it, but it's like being a contracter.

Man, that fumbling around was such bullshit. Just once in an action movie I'd like to see the sidekick pull the macguffin out of his/her pocket and just do what he/she intends to do with it. It's such a fake way to build the tension. "Oops I just dropped this thing that will keep the city from being nuked! Oh, wait!

Also, if it were unstable, there should have been some probability involved in the timing of the explosion. There certainly wouldn't be a timer attached to the damn thing. But whatever, all in good fun.

I still like Sailing the Seas of Cheese and the other stuff from around that time period. I never liked Rush in high school, even though the drummer in the band I was in at the time worshiped Neil Peart. I have started to like some of their stuff though.

Cool people do.

As a father of two adolescent children who has wished for years that he could dump them at a summer camp for a few weeks every summer- Yes, summer camps are expensive as hell. Unless you go to a church or something that sponsors one. Most of the non-religious camps, even the "affordable" ones, start at around
