Insulting someone by calling them a slur is a negative, using that same word in a different context isn’t a negative. That is the way I see it, and while Americans disagree, fortunately your cultural imperialism hasn’t reached a point where I have to follow your norms.

Most working these kinds of jobs hold relatively fucked up views, haven’t met a more cynical, seemingly heartless bunch of people than paramedics.

I have seen what German schools teach about WW2 , and I admire Germany for being so brave when it comes to their history. Very little revisionism, a lot of general atonement, a sincere shame and sorrow for what was done.

There is a difference between the justification the perpetrators gave, and the actual “good” reasons for their crimes.

Sure there are a lot of first world problems, any time someone complains about verbal harassment or abuse I find it strange, because I would love to live in a society where that is an actual valid complaint.
