Ignoring everyone in your team and their needs and wishes is not nothing. Ruining the fun for your teammates is not nothing. 

I have no issues with what this guy is doing, but if the people he is playing with report him enough to get banned for the way he is playing, him getting banned makes a lot of sense.

Every competitive game has leagues, in order to keep it fun for everyone. I don’t why people in gaming believe they should play with every person playing the game.
