The study seems interesting enough, but the explanation as to why the gender difference exists is laughable to say the least.(I really hope this is just another case of Jezebel misrepresenting what the researchers said instead of this actually being their best guess)

It’s kinda sad that this is even news, because globally speaking most developed nations know these things to be true. Like duh America look around not throwing half the work force under the bus because they can get pregnant isn’t good business.

Sure, but you can sometimes nail a wealthy local(they might slip up on their parole or step on the wrong toes). Much harder to bring a wealthy foreigner to justice.

Because I have been to multiple fur farms and I am familiar with EU regulations on the treatment of fur animals. Do to the amount of moral outrage they are much stricter than anything in the meat industry. What you have seen usually comes from Asia(the largest producer of fur), and is truly horrifying and even worse…

Certainly there are systems in place like that, but they have existed since the dawn of policing. You simply can’t ignore just how much safer the developed world has gotten since the 70's heck looking at the murder rates paints quite a clear picture.
