You and David Tracy need to do a joint project. And document the whole thing. That would make for some excellently entertaining reading/watching.

I WISH PEOPLE WOULD ACCELERATE TO HIGHWAY SPEEDS ON THE ON-RAMP, NOT AFTER THEY HAVE MERGED ONTO THE HIGHWAY.

Have a great metabolism or sheer power of will, I suppose.

This is very regional (central PA), but I cannot stand Subarus. On paper, apart from the cvt and onterior, they are fantastic car. But after every bad winter, they multiply like rabbits here. I can’t stand them because everyone who knows nothing about cars buys one and then is king of the winter road.

Insurance companies pay fast, especially when they’re dealing with natural disasters. Our house flooded from a broken pipe last year, just around the time of Matthew. We had our check within 2 days of sending the claims list to our adjuster.

I’m also one of the “lucky ones” who works for a company that offers paid paternity leave - albeit a fresh program (it was only introduced last year). I just got back from a little more than 2 weeks with my second and while the time was nice for me, the most important beneficiary was my wife.

Question: what’s the norm when you live two states over?

I’ve had a lot of luck avoiding sponge-funk by using Antimicrobial dish soap. Palmolive with L-Lactic acid is my go-to right now. Even after a week or two, the sponge is funk-free.

Very sound advice.

I luckily own no cars involved, but my in laws do. I’ve told them, they say they’ll get to it and then they don’t. The usually don’t go to the dealer for repairs, so they usually only hear it from me

FYI - Niantic just now changed the coin payout system.

My wife said my kid loved this.

Oh, man there are so many!

Neutral/First Gear:

Between 11th Grade and our first year of college, my friends and I did a weeklong road trip together throughout Michigan. Each time we took 2 cars and acted like absolute morons on the road. Some of the highlights include:

I still wish I never got rid of my 2000 9-5. Sure, I screwed up the oil pan trying to clean out the sump. Yeah, the alternator and turbo were shot, and the suspension need a full re-do. Oh, and the interior needed a huge amount of work. But, it made for a much more interesting car than a Focus.

Thank you for this. I cringe at every personal full-size truck/suv or even van that’s carrying one person somewhere. Why?

I was just a few weeks into my newly minted driver’s license. My dad thought it would be cool/cheap to have my first car be a 1983 Buick Riviera. Why is this important? One of my dad’s old coworkers modified old 70's and 80's boats into demolition derby cars. This one was juuusssstttt too nice to destroy (though it

Oh, boy was it frustrating.

Who knows if I’ll make it out of the greys, but I’ve got two, both short.
