These are some neat features, but what qualifies them as 'secrets' ?

Actually, I have a smartphone because of it's communication and data processing capabilities . For multimedia I have tablet, computer , console , and streaming devices. You'll never see me watching a movie, a short video, and playing games on my phone because I have devices that are better suited to that.

It's different for me. I tend to have to force myself to use my iPad over my iPhone , unless I want to watch tv/movies on it. I thing the small size makes it easier to carry, easier to pocket, and since I type one-handed , easier to type on.

Since I run with my phone to let me change songs and volume easily, I'm not even sure how well the iPhone 6 will work for me. It's good that I'm not upgrading from the 5?until next year!

It's simple supply and demand. With many people selling their old phone , the supply went up and therefore prices went down. that's to be expected . A good strategy is the by the last-gen phone right around the time the next gen is released. Then you wait for the price to stabilize and sell your old phone on Craigslist

My phone never distracts me. I have sounds off for everything except for direct messages or emails from VIP's. Other than that I check social media to see what my friends/ love interests are up to and perhaps organize people to go to an musical event that shows up my event list.

1. None of my social media posts are public, so anyone who sees them already know where i live. Heck, they probably have been there with me in the past.

Free means to get something for nothing. If you have to sell something, it's not free. if you have to sign a contract, it's not free.

You definitely get higher quality software and hardware from Apple. The benefits are magnified if you adopt their ecosystem because their devices are very well integrated.

the iPhone 6 with 64gb is $749 unlocked. I'd look at the going price on Craigslist for your phone. I've purchased and sold my last 3 iPhones there.

iPad Mini with Retina (Torrent) (Wi-Fi + GSM)

iPhone 5 (GSM)

I can verify that iPhone 5 GSM works. I have iTunes 11.4 running on Mac OS X 10.9.4. I had to use Firefox to download the ipsw file, and the "restore" of iOS 8 and then all of files from my actual backup took about an hour. It asked my to upgrade to iCloud drive to which I said no, as then I could not sync to non iOS

I'm a bit nervous since I'm conservative. But I'm downloading the iPhone 5 GSM restore file and updating iTunes to 11.4 as well. Something to note, the download site warned me that Safari could not download files >1GB so I should use Firefox and install their MEGA extension to perform the download.

Which iPhone do you have?

Keep in mind that your report and your score(s) are different things .

the starbuck app has built-in payment , they scan the barcode to charge the drink to your Sbux account.

Sure it is..for the right use case. For those of us who carry multiple rewards cards ( groceries, gas, books, travel, restaurants, catch-all ), it would be great to eliminated them and integrate them into the phone that we are already carrying. if you just carry a single card with you, it may not save you that much

I buy my phones retail( full price ), did they announce the retail pricing?

+1 Crashplan and Notepad++ Evernote Dropbox and Plex. I'm on Mac most of the time, but all of these except for Notepad++ run on it. Notepad++ is my editor of choice on Windows.
